TEAM LEADER
Part-Time
Providing supports for adults with a developmental disability
(physical/mental/brain/learning)
Usual work hours
20 hours per week - four (4) hours per day Monday to Friday
9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Shift may vary occasionally due to individual and program requirements
Salary - $16.81 - $25.39 dependent on education and experience
Position is covered through WCB and is eligible for society benefit package
Criminal Record Check and Valid Driver’s Licence are mandatory
Qualifications (equivalents will be considered)
Social Service Worker/Community Support Worker diploma
3 - 5 years in a supervisory or equivalent position
Non-violent crisis intervention
Medication administration
First Aid/CPR certificate
Excellent communication skills (written/verbal/computer)
Able to implement behaviour management programs
Screen/recruit/train/support employees in program area
Able to work independently
Team Player
